The terms and
conditions for using the services displayed
below (hereinafter referred to as "
Terms and Conditions",
or “
Terms of Use”) govern the terms and
conditions agreed upon by and
between RGS Online Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as
“
the Company”, or “
THS
Game”, or “
we”)
and the users (hereinafter referred to as
“
user”, or “
you”) regarding or related
to the provision and use of electronic game services and related services
by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “
Services”).
- 1. DEFINITIONS
The following terms and expressions shall have the meanings defined below when used in these Terms and Conditions:
- 1. “Electronic game”, or “Game” or “game”,
or “
Product”
refers to electronic games that may be provided online or offline. Electronic games may be offered by RGS Online or by Our Partners through Our distribution/provision channels.
- 2. “Services”
refers to electronic game services and other related services included therein, provided together with or accompanying them, or other services related to the provision, operation, and use of electronic game services through which users can access, download, and use games as desired. Services include but are not limited to game services, payment support services, etc.
- 3. “Website”
refers to the electronic information website at the address https://rgsgame.com/, and other electronic information websites used by the Company to maintain, provide, and operate the service, or related to the provision of the Service.
- 4. “Partner” refers to partners, who may be individuals or legal entities, that cooperate with RGS Online in providing Services, Content, etc.
- 5. “Account”,
or “User Account” means a set of character strings or any other signs issued by the Company at the start of Service use to uniquely identify a user. Among these, the identifier(s) established by companies based on the user's application is called the “User ID.”
- 6. “Separate Terms and Conditions” means documents that have been issued or will be issued by the Company. The issuance of Separate Terms and Conditions is indicated by being posted by the Company related to the Service, under titles such as “agreement,” “guideline,” “policy,” or other headings on the website providing that Service. Separate Terms and Conditions form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. References to the Terms and Conditions in this document also imply and include the Separate Terms and Conditions.
- 7. "Content" means information such as text, audio files, music, images, videos, software, programs, computer code, etc., that can be accessed or used through the Service.
- 8. "Submitted Content
" means content that the User has sent, transmitted, or uploaded, including but not limited to characters, text, content, messages, notifications, images, image files, audio files, clips, and so on.
- 9. "Paid Service" means Services or Content provided to Service Users that are not free of charge (including but not limited to cases where Services or Content are exchanged for in-game currency and are not free).
- 10. “Force Majeure” refers to events occurring during the provision of Services that are beyond the Company’s control, unforeseeable within reasonable expectation by the Company, and impossible to remedy despite applying reasonable measures within its capability. Force Majeure includes but is not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, objective technical failures, hacker attacks, unauthorized system intrusions, information theft, other hacking activities, and so on.
- 2. AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 1. All users agree and commit to using the Services in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. Users cannot use the Services unless they agree to those Terms and Conditions. This agreement/commitment is valid and irrevocable.
- 2. By using and/or continuing to use the Services, users are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions as well as any changes, modifications, or additions to the Terms and Conditions. This agreement is valid and irrevocable.
- 3. If there are Separate Terms and Conditions for specific Services or individual Services, users also agree to comply with those Separate Terms and Conditions as well as the general Terms and Conditions. The Separate Terms and Conditions for the Services take effect immediately from the time they are posted and displayed on the website.
- 4. Users acknowledge and agree that there is no joint venture, partnership, employment relationship, or agency relationship between the users and the Company arising from the Terms and Conditions or from the users' use of the Company's Services. The Company implements these Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable law, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts the Company’s right to comply with regulations or requests from the government, courts, enforcement agencies, or other competent state authorities related to the users' use of the Company’s Services or information obtained by Us from Your use of the Services.
- 3. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Company may modify the Terms and Conditions and/or Separate Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary and in compliance with legal regulations without prior notice to users. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the website operated by the Company for providing that Service. Users will be deemed to have accepted those modifications by continuing to use the Services.
Users agree that they are responsible for paying attention to and regularly checking the Terms and Conditions when using the Services, as separate notices related to amendments to the Terms and Conditions or Separate Terms and Conditions may not be provided. However, such notifications are not mandatory and do not affect the validity of the amendments to the Terms and Conditions.
- 4. ACCOUNT
- 1. When users provide their information to the Company, they must provide authentic, accurate, and complete information while using the Services and keep that information updated whenever there are changes, modifications, or replacements. The basic information that users need to provide includes:

- Full name;
- Date of birth;
- Registered permanent address;
- Identification card/citizen ID number or passport number, date of issue, place of issue;
- Phone number;
- Email address (if available);
If the account holder is under 14 years old and does not have a citizen ID card or passport, the legal guardian of the player decides to register their personal information to indicate consent and assumes legal responsibility for the registration.
If the user does not provide or provides inaccurate or incomplete information as mentioned above, RGS Online has the right to:
(i) refuse to provide services to the user;
(ii) suspend game services for the user, restrict or prohibit the use of some or all account features, delete the account and game data, remove all related information, and lock the game account; and/or
(iii) refuse to accept or resolve user complaints related to the game and/or the user's account in the game.
- 2. If users register a password when using the service, they must take care to protect their password and are responsible for not using it in an unlawful manner.
- 3. When Users change their transmission device, they may not be able to continue using in-game currency data, submitted Content, etc., on their new device if they are using the Service without creating a User Account, or where the Service does not support creating a User Account.
- 4. The Company reserves the right to delete and terminate the use of the Service for any account that has been inactive for 180 days or more since the last activation or login without prior notice to the User.
- 5. The User’s rights to use the Service will automatically terminate when their account is deleted for any reason.
- 6. Each account in the Service is for exclusive use and belongs solely to the account owner. Users are not permitted to transfer, assign, or lend their accounts to any third party, nor can their accounts be inherited by any third party.
- 7. Age requirements for account holders:
- Electronic games for adults (18 years old and above, labeled 18+) are games that do not contain pornographic activities, images, sounds, language, or dialogue; for games with combat or fighting activities, they may include close-up weapon images and characters simulating real humans;
- Electronic games for teenagers (12 years old and above, labeled 12+) are games that do not contain activities, images, sounds, language, dialogue, characters in revealing clothing, pornography, or close-up shots drawing attention to sensitive parts of the human body; for games with combat activities, only cartoon characters simulating or not simulating real humans are used, or only combat equipment and means are used without the presence of characters simulating real humans during gameplay. Weapons may be used, but weapon images are not shown in close-up, clearly, or are in cartoon form; the sounds of weapon clashes during combat are toned down;
- Electronic games for all ages are cartoon-style simulation games; they contain no combat with weapons; no images, sounds of ghosts, horror, or violence; and no activities, sounds, language, dialogue, or images of characters in revealing clothing, pornography, or close-up shots drawing attention to sensitive parts of the human body.
The Company classifies the age ratings for the games it publishes, and users are responsible for selecting and only participating in games appropriate for their age. This content and age classification is based on the evaluation standards of each game scenario and is approved and licensed by the competent State authorities.
- 8. Players understand and agree that to prevent unauthorized loss, interference, or intrusion into their accounts (such as hacking), they will not disclose account information or passwords to any third party, including relatives; they will also apply reasonable measures to manage their accounts. In any case where a player notices or suspects that their account has been accessed without their consent, they may immediately change their password and/or notify RGS Online and follow the necessary procedures to temporarily lock the account to minimize damage to the user in accordance with the Company's customer complaint support process.
- 9. Account and Character Naming Rules:
The naming of Your account and character in the Game must comply with the following naming principles:
- a.Cases for naming:
Character in the game (character's
name).
Contents that allow different naming.
- b.Naming rules:
Do not use any name
related to or that makes others associate with the names of great figures, government leaders at all levels, or heroes in history.
Do not use any name
related to events or content that is reactionary, anti-religious, pornographic, or advertising.
Do not use any name
that contains content insulting or provoking others
in any form.
Do not use any name
that contains content that disrupts or damages the reputation of the Product as well as the publishing company.
Strictly prohibited to use any name that may
cause others to misunderstand or associate that name (i.e., the character or the guild owning that name) with
members of RGS Online company or RGS Online company itself.
Do not use any name
that implies or has the intention to imply private parts of the body.
If violated, your character and account will be deleted. In more severe cases, the violator’s account may be locked, and all complaints or claims for compensation in this case will be refused.
- 5. REGULATIONS ON SERVICES
- 1. Users will provide
their own personal computers, mobile devices, transmission devices,
operating systems, data connections, as well as other necessary means and conditions
for using the Service at their own responsibility and expense.
- 2. The company has full authority
to restrict access to all or part of the Service depending on the conditions the Company deems necessary, including but
not limited to age, identification,
current membership status, etc...
- 3. The company has full authority to modify
or terminate all or part of the Service at any time at its sole discretion without any prior
notice to Users. Such modifications or terminations
take effect immediately at the time
the Company announces the modification or termination, unless the notice specifies
a different time.
- 4. a. For paid Services, under all circumstances, the Company will not provide any refunds for
the amount Users have deposited into the game,
nor convert virtual currency into cash
or any other equivalent valuables. If the Company's game service
is closed or discontinued, depending on the User's needs,
the Company will support the User in switching to
other types of services provided by the Company,
and the amount of in-game currency in the User's account
will still be preserved and usable for
other services of the Company.
b. For Users who top up the game published by RGS Online via online card payment methods through payment intermediary channels that are partners of the Company, in cases where transactions fail but the User’s account is still debited accordingly, and/or other complaint reviews verified to be caused by the Company’s error, the Company will refund the User through the payment intermediary channel to the exact card used by the customer for the transaction within a minimum of 10 (ten) days from the date the complaint is received from the customer and the payment error is verified.
- 5. The company does not guarantee that
you will be able to access or use
the Service at the time and place
you choose, nor does it guarantee that
the Service will be uninterrupted or
error-free, that such errors
will be corrected, or that the games or
Services will be free from viruses or other harmful components. The company is not responsible
for any interruptions or errors,
losses, damages, unauthorized intrusions,
hacking, firewall breaches,
or information loss (if any) that occur to Users.
- 6. When using the Company’s Service,
you agree to allow the Company to collect
and store the information you provide when opening
an account, as well as other information related
to your preferences, habits, tastes, and actions
while using the Service, including
sending software or applications to your device
to collect certain technical information contained in
your device. Such information collection
is used by the Company solely for the purpose of improving the features of the game and
the Service, enabling the Company to develop
and perfect products and services
that best suit you. RGS Online commits to the Terms regarding all information collected from you.
- 7. You fully understand and agree
that, to enhance the level of
Terms and service security, the Company
has the right to apply one or several technical measures and/or software, applications within or alongside the Game; however,
the application of these measures
does not guarantee
that your account will not be lost or hacked due to RGS Online’s fault, and RGS Online
is completely exempt from liability
in such cases.
- 8. In accordance with regulations on
virtual units, virtual items, and reward points in the Game, and following legal provisions, the Game is provided to You for entertainment purposes along with Your experiences (for entertainment) within the Game; therefore, if the Game is temporarily suspended or completely discontinued for any reason, RGS Online has no obligation to refund or compensate any cash or tangible assets to You; however, in the event the game is temporarily suspended or completely discontinued, RGS Online will make efforts to notify You in advance within a reasonable timeframe and provide measures to ensure Your rights in accordance with the law.
- 9. To provide the Game service to You in the best way and continuously improve it, RGS Online has the right to adjust, update, or optimize settings such as values related to and/or features of virtual units, virtual items, and reward points in the Game that You already have or are using without prior notice or needing Your consent, and You will not hold RGS Online liable in any way.
- 10. All technical information,
information about features, formulas, and technical solutions of the Game are confidential; therefore, RGS Online has no obligation to provide You with any of the aforementioned information in any form.
- 6. ADVERTISING
- 1. Users fully understand and agree that the Company has the right to provide users with advertisements from the Company, or advertisements from Partners, or other third parties through forms such as messages, phone calls, emails, displays on the screen during service usage, or displays when users use devices,... or any form through which users can access information; in such cases, RGS Online’s Partners (if any) are also obligated to comply with the Terms regarding users’ personal information just like the Company.
- 2.In case Users do not wish to receive advertising information from the Company, Users can directly call the support hotline or send an email to the support email "cs-rgs@rgs.games” to refuse receiving advertising messages.
- 7. SERVICES OF PARTNERS
Content or other services,
as well as advertisements provided by the Company’s Partners and websites linked to the Content, services, or advertisements may be offered including, or accompanied by, or linked to the Company’s Services.
Users understand and agree that Partners bear full responsibility for the content and/or services they provide. Users agree and acknowledge that the Company may link to or provide links to other websites of Partners or other third parties, and users agree that the Company does not control or assume responsibility for, including but not limited to, any content, advertisements, services, products, etc., that users use, obtain, or learn about from those websites. Users also acknowledge that the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage they may suffer arising from or related to their use of such content, advertisements, services, products, etc., from those websites.
- 8. RESTRICTIONS
Users
shall not participate in, or directly or indirectly engage in the following prohibited content when using the Service:
- 1. Activities violating laws,
judgments, resolutions, orders,
or legally binding administrative measures.
- 2. Activities that may
obstruct, violate, or go against public order.
- 3. Activities violating
intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents,
reputation, Terms, and all other rights granted to the Company and/or any third party by law or contract.
- 4. Activities posting or
transmitting sexual or violent expressions; expressions leading to discrimination or prejudice based on race, national origin, religion, gender, social status, family background, etc.; expressions that create or encourage suicide, self-harm, or drug abuse; or expressions opposing society including content that opposes and harasses others.
- 5. Activities leading
to misunderstandings about the Company
and/or third parties or intentionally spreading false information.
- 6. Activities such as sending
unsolicited emails/messages/notifications to many Users (except those approved by the Company), or
any other activities the Company considers to be spam.
- 7.Activities involving the exchange
of rights to use Content, submitted Content,
or any part of the Content, or Services that users use, or obtain from the provision of Services by
the Company to that user, into cash,
assets, or other economic benefits without the permission of the Company.
- 8. Activities using
the service for sales, marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes
or for profit, or for other benefits (except those
approved by the Company); using the Service for sexual or pornographic behavior; using the Service
for one person with the purpose of sexual relations or defaming other Users, or using the Service for purposes
infringing on honor or attacks against other users; or using the Services for purposes other than the actual
purpose of the Service, or for purposes contrary to the law of the user’s place of residence.
- 9. Activities benefiting
or collaborating with organizations, individuals,
or groups involved in or showing signs of activities violating the law of the user’s place of residence or opposing society.
- 10. Activities related
to religious activities or invitations to religious groups.
- 11. Illegal or improper activities leading to the collection, disclosure, or provision of personal user history information or similar information of others.
- 12. Users agree and acknowledge that they will not participate in any activities or perform any acts that may or threaten to interrupt or suspend the maintenance or provision of the Company's Service or related services and networks connected to the Company's Services. Users shall not engage in any activities, including but not limited to those affecting the servers or network systems of the Service; abusing the Service through BOTs, cheating tools, or other technical means; intentionally exploiting Service errors; accessing the Service via transmission devices that have been modified, or on transmission devices with hardware or software modifications (e.g., hacking or jailbreaking), or similar created devices but making unreasonable demands such as repeatedly asking the same unnecessary question, interfering with the Company's operations or with other Users' use of the Service; or accessing or using the Service through accounts created on stolen or lost devices where the account was not created by the user themselves.
- 13. Do not access or
use the Service through accounts of others without their permission and the Company's approval.
- 14. Activities supporting
or encouraging any activities mentioned in this section of the Terms.
- 15. Other activities
deemed inappropriate by the Company.
- 9. VIOLATIONS AND REMEDIAL MEASURES
- 1. In addition to complying with the Game Regulations, You shall not engage in any actions, including but not limited to the following:
- a. Abusing the use of
the Game to:
i. Harm national security,
social order and safety; undermine national
unity; propagate war, terrorism; incite hatred, conflicts among ethnicities, races, religions;
ii. Propagate or incite violence,
obscenity, depravity, crimes, social evils, superstition, or damage to the customs and traditions of the nation;
iii. Disclose state secrets, military secrets, security, economic, foreign affairs, and other secrets as regulated by law;
iv. Provide distorted information, slander,
or damage the reputation, honor, and dignity of organizations or individuals;
v. Advertise, propagate, or trade goods and services within the Game, especially prohibited goods and services; disseminate banned press works, literature, art, or publications;
vi. Impersonate organizations or individuals
and spread false information or misinformation that harms the legitimate rights and interests of organizations or individuals.
- b. Engage in acts infringing the intellectual property rights of RGS Online and the Game Developer (or the copyright holder of the Game, or the entity granting the license to publish the Game to RGS Online), including but not limited to the following acts:
i. Remove copyright and intellectual property information on the Product;
ii. Modify, reverse engineer, or recompile the Product’s code, or use other methods to discover the Product’s source code;
iii. Scan, inspect, or test to detect or search for bugs or vulnerabilities in the Product for illicit purposes;
iv. Copy, modify, add, remove, or change features or operational efficiency of the Product regarding data generated and stored at any point during the Product’s operation or the interaction data between the server and client during the Product’s operation, as well as system data necessary for operating the Product, including but not limited to plug-ins, auto systems, or other related systems connected to third-party tools without prior written permission and approval from RGS Online;
v. Use, lease, lend, copy,
modify, link, transmit, compile;
vi. Create websites or microsites related to the Product or similar to or exactly like the Product; publish or create websites or microsites … for intellectual property content owned or exclusively used, distributed, or published by RGS Online;
- c. Related to the operation and use of the Game, including but not limited to:
i. Unauthorized use of other players’ accounts or passwords.
ii. Buying, selling, or exchanging virtual units, virtual items, reward points in the Game, or Game accounts between players using money, tangible assets, or cash.
iii. Disrupting fairness/balance in the Game by (i) exploiting — whether unintentionally or intentionally — bugs in the Game, flaws in the script, or design of the Game for cheating or any acts violating the Game Regulations; (ii) using software, applications, and/or third-party devices to interfere with the Game and/or the Game’s server system; and/or (iii) any acts aimed at gaining unfair advantages over other players contrary to the Game Regulations.
iv. Speculating on, profiteering from virtual units and virtual items in the Game and/or using virtual units or items created in violation of the Game Regulations.
v. Cheating or otherwise violating the Game Regulations to gain illicit benefits.
vi. Discussing or expressing political, religious, or ethnic views within the Game.
vii. Using profanity, cursing, and/or behavior or speech that insults the honor, reputation, or dignity of any organization or individual, whether inside or outside the Game.
viii. Engaging in acts of enticing, persuading, or promising other players with the intent to defraud or for other illicit purposes.
ix. Impersonating or intentionally causing others to mistakenly believe you are another player and/or someone other than yourself in the Game.
x. Impersonating or intentionally causing others to mistakenly believe you are an employee, worker, or collaborator of RGS Online.
xi. Engaging in any behavior, speech, gestures, or attitudes that damage the reputation or brand of the Game and/or RGS Online.
xii. Engaging in acts causing disturbances or disrupting security and order at the headquarters or any branch, representative office, or business location of RGS Online and/or affiliated units with THS GAME.
xiii. Any speech, gestures, or actions that infringe upon the body, reputation, honor, dignity, or threaten employees or workers (including temporary staff, collaborators, or official employees) of RGS Online.
xiv. Other acts that (i) violate the law; (ii) contradict the general code of conduct within the online gaming community and/or the online entertainment industry.
- 2. For violations of the Game Regulations, RGS Online has the right to independently and/or through the Game’s system and features to handle violations according to their severity and nature.
- 3. In cases where RGS Online detects or becomes aware of, and/or receives complaints or denunciations related to your violation of the Game Regulations and/or your account in the Game, depending on the behavior and severity of the violation, RGS Online has full authority to take action according to the Game Regulations; simultaneously, RGS Online has the right (but not the obligation) to publicly disclose your account name and the form of disciplinary action on the Game’s Homepage, in-game announcements to other players, and/or other communication channels accessible to RGS Online to inform other players of the Game.
- 10. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Strictly comply with, accurately and fully implement the provisions regulated by relevant laws, as well as these Terms and Conditions.
- 2. Users must use
this service at their own risk and bear full responsibility for their actions and the outcomes within the Service. The Company will not be responsible for the loss of personal data (Account, Password, payment information, etc.) if users share their information on public networks or with other users inside or outside the game.
- 3. The Company may apply one or multiple of the following measures without prior notice to Users if it detects users are using the Service in ways that violate the Terms and Conditions. However, the Company will not be responsible for repairing or preventing such violations by Users or others.
• Revoke or delete all or part of the submitted Content.
• Suspend or revoke the User’s rights to use the Content.
• Temporarily suspend or delete accounts.
• Suspend the use of all or part of the Service.
• Any other measures the Company deems necessary and appropriate.
- 4.In cases where the Company suffers loss/damage or must pay expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees) directly or indirectly (including but not limited to cases where the Company is sued by a third party for damages) due to the User violating applicable laws or the Terms and Conditions while using the Service, that User must immediately compensate the Company for all damages and costs as requested by the Company.
- 5. Whenever there is a game or Service error, Users should report such errors to the Company immediately. The Company will set specific deadlines for Users to report errors; if errors are not reported within this time frame, the Company does not guarantee it can detect or fix the errors for the User. The Company has the right to take any reasonable action to correct such errors. Using errors or engaging in hacking/cheating behavior will result in warnings or bans for the User.
- 6. Users must agree with the Company’s third parties on the service Terms and the policy Terms of the service provider.
- 7. Users agree that they will not engage in any activities or perform any acts that may or threaten to interrupt or suspend the Service.
- 8. Users are only allowed to create and name accounts, passwords, character names, as well as transmit, post, or upload submitted Content with content that complies with current laws, customs and traditions, and conforms to the Terms and Conditions of the Company.
- 11. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT AND SERVICE
- 1. We may restrict, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete your account or access to the service, website, or other content provided by us if we suspect you are not complying with any part of the Terms and Conditions or are using the service improperly or unlawfully, with or without notifying you. You may lose your username and personal data as a result of account cancellation or restriction, along with any benefits, privileges, or items obtained through the use of the service, and we have no obligation to compensate you for such losses.
- 2. The Company has the right to terminate any account that has been inactive for 180 days or more. Inactivity here means that the account has not been logged into by the account owner. All rights related to and/or associated with that account will be terminated along with the account termination.
- 3. In accordance with current legal regulations, the Company has the right to suspend and/or discontinue support for the Service or a specific game or part of the Service at any time, at which point the license to use the Service or that part will be automatically terminated. In such cases, RGS Online will not be required to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation to Users for the service suspension. The termination of your account may include disabling your access to the Service or any part of it, including any content you have submitted or that others have submitted.
- 12. COMPLAINT RESOLUTION POLICY
Users of the service can file complaints through the following methods:
Complaint on the website: Through the website https://rgsgame.com/, users can create separate sections or access the complaint section to express their opinions. The Company's customer care department will collect complaints and resolve them according to the Company's regulations.
Complaints directly in the game: During the use of the service, users can send their opinions or complaints directly to the game operation team.
Complaints via phone, email, or directly at the Company: Users can call the support hotline directly or send an email to the support email “cs-rgs@rgs.games” to request resolution of questions or complaints with the Company's Customer Care department.
When reporting or complaining about another account, Users must clearly state the name of the accused or complained account and the violation committed by that account. To protect their rights, Users need to provide sufficient information about their own account as requested and provide necessary contact details.
Within 48 hours (forty-eight hours) from the time the complaint is received, the Company’s complaint resolution department will respond to the User regarding the reported issue and/or feedback on the User’s complaints.
Users agree that RGS Online’s response to complaints and reports through the online customer care channel is the Company’s final and official decision in accordance with legal regulations.
- 13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, guarantees, or assurances of any kind, whether expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the features on our website or Services will fully meet Users' requirements and/or expectations. We also do not guarantee that the provision and operation of our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from incidents that may cause the Services to function abnormally.
You agree and understand that, although we always strive to provide the Service and ensure its stable delivery, risks can still occur due to various objective and subjective reasons, including but not limited to force majeure events, technical failures, transmission errors, external attacks, issues with contractors/Partners providing the service, and so on. You agree to use our Service with all such risks (if any) and agree not to take any legal action, make claims, or demands for compensation for any damages (if any) resulting from unforeseen risks during your use of our Service.
- 14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY
Users agree and acknowledge that our Services, along with all necessary software and components/materials constituting the Service—including but not limited to images, trademarks, logos, designs, drawings, descriptions, instructions, notices, dialogue templates, maps, programming code, and other components/materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property")—are the exclusive property of the Company and the Service Providers at all times and under all circumstances.
Users agree and acknowledge that, at all times, the Intellectual Property is protected by international treaties, regardless of whether such Intellectual Property has been registered for protection by the Company. Users do not have the right to use any Intellectual Property of the Company and its Partners for commercial or profit purposes unless they have obtained written approval from the Company. In cases where the use of Intellectual Property for non-commercial purposes is permitted, Users commit that such use will not create any modifications, alterations, impairments, interference, or negative impacts on the Intellectual Property, nor damage the reputation or brand of the Company.
- 15. GOVERNING LAW
- 1. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal, invalid, or for any reason unenforceable by a reasonable judgment of a court or competent state authority, that provision shall be considered severable from the Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
- 2. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the User ID Usage Regulations and/or the Usage Agreement of Linked Accounts, the provisions in these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
- 3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any official announcements from RGS Online, the content of those official announcements shall take priority.
